Who is responsible for your data

What data, and why

Online booking. First name, surname, phone, email, chosen treatment, place, date and time of the appointment, address if the session is at home, and message. This data is used only to keep the practitioner’s diary, to confirm your appointment and to remind you of it on the day, by email and text message. It is stored in the website’s diary, with its hosting provider. Legal basis: your request itself (pre-contractual measures).

Home treatment request. In addition to the information in an appointment request: your address, details about your home (floor, lift, parking, access) and, if you choose to give them, any contraindications. Your address is used to calculate travel costs: it is sent to the French public mapping service IGN (Géoplateforme) for the route, and, for an address in Monaco, to OpenStreetMap to locate it.

Health information. The contraindications you indicate are health data. They are collected only with your explicit consent, used solely to prepare your treatment safely, accessible only to the practitioner, and deleted three years after your last appointment, or earlier on request.

Newsletter. Your email, until you unsubscribe — possible in one click in every email. Legal basis: your consent.

Contact form. First name, phone, email and message, to answer your question.

Professional form. Name, organisation, email, phone and message, to answer your request.

Programme follow-up. Measurements and photographs taken during a signature programme are used only for your follow-up. They are never published without your written permission.

No data is sold, rented or used for purposes other than those described above.

Who else has access

• Netlify: website hosting and receipt of forms;
• Brevo: sending confirmation text messages and the newsletter.

These providers use your data only to deliver this service and are bound by the same confidentiality.

External services

The WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, Google Maps, Waze and Google reviews buttons take you to those services. Nothing is loaded from them until you click; once on their site or app, their own privacy policy applies.

Fonts, images and videos are hosted with the website: none is loaded from a third-party service. The only exception: while you type your address in the home treatment questionnaire, the French State address service (Géoplateforme) suggests addresses; it only receives the text you type.

How long

Appointment requests are kept for three years after the last contact. Newsletter subscriptions, until you unsubscribe. Programme follow-up data, for the length of the programme and then three years, unless you ask for it to be deleted.

Security

The website is served exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Forms are protected against automated submissions, and access to the requests received is restricted to the practitioner.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to your data, its correction, deletion or portability, or object to its processing. Simply ask on +33 7 83 61 91 40: you will receive a reply within one month.

You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).

Cookies

This website sets no cookies for audience measurement or advertising.

Before / after photographs

No photograph of a client is published without her prior written permission, specifying the media concerned and the period of use. This permission can be withdrawn at any time on simple request.
